News/mail flow through utzoo has been a bit slow for the last couple of days,
and will probably continue so through the weekend.  Our hardwired line to
utgpu is down, which is putting a considerable extra load on our modems
and causing delays for everything.

The line is fixed and service should return to normal as soon as the backlogs
clear.

Well, it did.  But guess what?  The line is broken *again*.  And of course
it happened Friday afternoon, so it'll be dead all weekend...  Sigh.

The hardware folks at UTCS discovered a minor wiring problem, fixed now.
Once again, things are fixed and service should return to normal.
