  There is a question of law here (and the manner in which enforcement 
takes place); and none of us here appear to be practicing law at the 
present time.  The only words we have so far on the subject from a 
qualified barrister and solicitor are those of Tim Pinos, made in a board 
meeting of 15 Feburary, 1996.  I am dismayed by the chorus of "Tush, tush 
.. he probably wasn't qualified to speak on the matter .. we know 
better".  Tim said that the question of directors' liability could indeed 
arise from material in postings; can't we take such a statement seriously?
