I totally agree. We have to remember that we are serving the less 
advantaged of the society who sometimes - correctly or uncorrectly - pass 
through some severe phases of desparation that make them anti-socail, but 
bringing this up or letting steam off on other members or by attacking 
other groups of the soicety 9e.g. new immigrants, as the perceived cause 
of their problems is something that has to be stopped, but not through 
abrupt termination of membership, but rather through a process of 
reasoning, explaining and, if that does not work, through escalating 
measures of punishment; the last of which is termination of membership.
