<Original article snipped for space> Excellent, excellent posting! Thanks for the glass of water in the face, I think a lot of us needed it. You're absolutely right in stating that there was/is a lot of fictitious "facts" and "quotes" regarding 'applicable laws' floating around, with little or no basis in true fact (myself being guilty of it, on occasion, as well) FWIW, the motion for the AUP has been changed to that of a motion to form a committee to create it until the AGM (Which still kinda puzzles me, since that was the original intent all along). It will be interesting to see other responses to this, especially since you seem to have covered most of the important aspects of this whole debate-turned-farce. :) -- Marc Bissonnette InternAlysis Corporate Internet Research and Results! http://www.internalysis.com
