Read my responses to Nathan concerning this matter carefully before 
giving a 'legal' ;-) opinion. Nathan had the following options;

- Requesting Mail and Post to forward his mail, which he did not.
- Informing the agencies and friends of change of address, which he didn't.
- Providing a forwarding mail address that I would have typed on his mail 
for the Mail and Post to forward to him (wouldn't work of course with 
Federal and Provincial mail that cannot be forwarded).

He did not do any of the above, and guess what? I am the one to be blamed 
for it ;-)

Well done. As I told you in the previous post he is a .... Now he will

Yes, show signs of respect to your new mentor. Cannot wait till the time 
you will break down with them, then we shall hear all the noises. Dima, 
listen to me, this man is meaner than a snake. He will bite you at the 
end. He did that to his best friend (who actually Nathan also threatened 
to take him to the police and actually filed a complaint, but seemingly 
nothing came out of it. That friend has published something in the 
newsgroup that Nathan has confided to him of having a pedophile relation; 
wait a minute, may you will love Nathan more for that ;-). What he has 
done to me is public knoweldge. However, he does not have any thing on me 
to go to the police. In fact, it is the other way around, but what is the 
use? I am just glad that I do not have to see him. This in itself made my 
life more bright.

Nathan is a very disturbed person and unless his new 'position' - I 
believe that to be on his knees - with the 519 helps his 'identity 
crisis', be aware. You are next. Psychological troubles are genetic. Ask 
Nathan about his father ;-)
