Hi Barbara As I gather from this exchange you had your account terminated at a previous ISP. Your present language in your post could very well form the basis for termination of your account at your current ISP if brought to their attention via a complaint. You may wish to review your ISP's account agreement and/or Terms Of Service (TOS) as such language that you are employing are generally grounds for termination of accounts under these agreements. ISP's are becoming more concerned regarding potential civil and criminal liablity for the posts and web pages of their subscribers. A Toronto ISP was recently joined to a defamation action against one of its subscribers for publishing libel. There is an interesting analysis of theses issues including the potential liablity of ISP's at http://strategis.ic.gc.ca/SSG/it03117e.html in a report entitled "The Cyberspace is not a 'No Law' Land". Persons should be aware that posting to a Newsgroup may attract the same civil and/or criminal liablities as any other media in regards to defamation, criminal libel, publishing libel and hate propaganda.
