I'm not Richard, but I'll field this one. Anything that is not at least
tangentially a local issue related to Atlanta is off-charter in
atl.general. It's a simple rule. Bob Allisat has some sort of
Olympics-related bug up his ass, and he feels that Atlanta, as the most
recent host of the Games, must do penance by suffering through his
trademark 40-column tirades.

This thread is off-charter in at least two of the three groups to which it
was posted. Followups set accordingly.
