It is no threat, merely a fact all of us have to live with - the fact 
that we are all liable up to two years after leaving the board. It is 
stated very clearly in the Ontario Incorporations act, something we 
hall had the duty to familiarize ourselves with before accepting the 
post with the TFN.

As for "sending it by email", you demonstrate your ignorance of the 
Internet again. The original message was posted to tor.general and 
any other groups you originally had in your header. It was CC'ed to 
your email by default, as you have your newsreader set to "CC By 
Mail" and your email address.

Ah, no. Again you demonstrate your ignorance. I will not even delve 
into what we have done over the last year since you steadfastly 
refuse to admit anything but your own delusional imagings. The fact, 
however, that when we were all elected the TFN was due to go belly up 
in January, and we are still around today, should poitn out your 
fallibilities quite clearly.

This response is in email only, in order to save you ambarrassment 
from your ignorance. If, however, when I check the groups in about an 
hour, I find you have posted this traditionally inaccurate and 
paranoidal letter to the groups, this reply will be forwarded there
