We're in agreement there, Bob. The only difference is the Phone Company
has had 120 years to sort this out ans has "Common Carrier Status"

If the possability exists than an ISP can be charged for actions it's users undertake
that are beyond their control, then such content based censorship will continue.

I suspect you're barking up the wrong tree by asssailing ISP's, you really
want to hammer on the government.
