Adding to the mysteris of the not.torfree.net, not only the search engines robots cannot tell what pages are hosted there, but also that the statistics program has been disabled. The USERS of not.torfree.net have been defending that it does not use any bandwidth. They have been trying to confuse the average user by stating half facts. For example, that the not.torfree.net (and its sisters gts.torfree.net and csas.torfree.net) does not use the same link to the WWW. This is absolutely absurd as the Ryerson connection and the TFN connection are all sharing the Rogers 'community' T1 connection. So traffic on not.torfree.net would ultimately affect traffic of the TFN. Yes GTS is the system administrator's company that has a url of www.gts.com but only using an ISDN connection to the WWW, while gts.torfree.net has access to a T1 connection. So is CSAS (Bruce and Jim). Now if the office server does not SERVE the average TFN user, would the board please consider shutting it down before Ryerson or Rogers does it for us???? By hiding the statistics and hiding the pages, those in charge of the office server (Bruce) only prove they have things to hide... Here is the statistics report obtained (I have published some statistics before which are hopefully still available at the archives). ----------------
