My view:

1. Allowing smoking and banning men are not analagous.  Allowing smoking is 
inclusive.  Banning men is exclusive.

2. As a former smoker, I HATE smoke.  It's nasty and it makes me want to start 
again.  So I don't go to restaurants that are full of smoke.  In some 
restaurants I won't accept a table in the smoke zone.  Others I just don't eat 
at.  Their loss.

3. I don't have a right to a smoke free restaurant.  Access to restaurants is 
not covered in the Bill of Rights.  I can survive without them.

4. Smokers don't have a right to smoke in any restaurant they choose.  Same 
deal as above.  They can wait till they get outside.

5. It really should be up to the restaurant owner.  They decide if they want 
my business or someone elses.  If the food and service is good enough, the 
smokers will deal with it.  If its REALLY good enough, the non-smokers will 
deal with it.  Life goes on.
