NEW CYBERCASTING SERVICE:

   This afternoon I sent out a Tech Sheet to all your techies that
the first Academy One simulation of the year is now shipping.
It is the SOLAR SAILING AND DISCOVERY SIMULATION which is an
online event that will involve your K-12 kids in science, social
studies, geography, history, and even mathematics--all surrounding
a simulated "race" between solar sailing vessels in outer space.


FINALLY...

   I might be incommunicato for a while.  Tomorrow I am
leaving for 10 days in Europe.  I will be giving talks in
Nuremberg and Berlin, and meeting with some of our European
organizers.

   The problem is that I don't have any way to Eudora-modem
back in for my e.mail.  There will be telephone coverage
while I am gone, however, so if you need to get ahold of me
just call my office number (216-368-2733).  I'll be checking in
there every few days.

   I hope to have some major new stuff to announce when I
get back.
