I'm still not sure where we are meeting -- Picadilly Cafeteria???

Some things to think about for tonight's meeting.

In what order do we need to make decisions, such as:

Who will provide the Internet connection?

Where will the machine and communications equipment be located?

Who should we ask to donate a machine?
  Send out a general request for donations or ask a specific vendor?
  (I have some ideas on this.)

What software should we consider?

What can we expect (should we ask for) in maintenance and support for the
hardware/software?

Should we try to get something in quickly and build a prototype system or
should we wait until we have the funding to maintain the service (I think
this is probably a good topic for discussion at the Sept. 22 meeting.)
