I am thinking of planting Holland bulbs so that spring brings pretty
colors to my house. I've never done this before. Is this the right
time to plant? Where can I get reasonably priced bulbs and any other
supplies (top soil?) I might need in the triangle? Any hints about
how to plant and how to choose bulbs? Are there flowers I can plant now
that will survive part of the winter? Thanks!
Dilip
