Can anyone recommend a good landscape designer in the Chapel Hill
area?  We've just added to our house and are now in need of substantial
landscaping.  I would like to have someone do a whole design and do
some of the implementation.  But the rest of the work has to be left
for later.

Try Fowler's Nursery, on Highway 401 South in Raleigh. It used to be
the best around (when my Dad owned it), and hopefully it still is.

I had a similar need and was refered to David Swanson by Chris Gerry, Carrboro's 
Tree Man.  David Swansons phone # is 967-3355.  Chris Gerry, a wealth of
