I just relocated to the area and I am looking for a good fee-based 
personal financial advisor.  I want someone who can advise on taxes, 
investments, real estate, and small business finances.  Someone who 
can quickly put together good tactics based on accurate financial records.

I do NOT want an advisor who works based on a commision.  In particular,
I refuse to work with someone who sells life insurance (I've already
been down that road).
