Sorry, but no. If you go with someone who uses Covad then your wire
pair will terminate in the CO in a Covad owned DSLAM. It will be in a
rack owned by Covad sitting in an area rented by Covad from the local
phone company. And there are some others. Not as many as 18 months ago
but there are others.
