We are looking for a nice, non-smoking professional/graduate student to
share our four bedroom, two bathroom house in North Durham. The house has
a big common area, practically two living rooms, a spacious kitchen, and
we also have a "pool-room". Also, the plot has a big yard in the front
and the back of the house. It is in a nice "semirural setting", I'd say.

Oh, since we practically have two cats already, we are not entirely sure
if we would like more pets or not. Probably no dogs, since we - or rather
out cats - have had bad experiences with them...

The rent is $325 plus utilities
