We, two Duke graduate students and one Duke professor (mmf), nice, quiet
and hardworking, are looking for non-smoking housemate for our newly
rented 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house in North Durham (distance to Duke:
ca 15 minutes). The lease would start around the end of June or beginning
of July.

The house has a huge living area, will be equipped with pool table (in
our extra and exquisite pool room...), a nice and fairly big garden,
large wooden deck in the back and other nice details, which are just to
many to be listed here. Also living with us will be two really sweet and
cuddly cats!!!

Rent per months and person will be $325 + 1/4 utilities.

If you are interested and want to meet with us, give us a call at (919)
479 9309 (ask for Janice, Lars or Martin) or email to ms25@acpub.duke.edu

We are looking forward to meeting you!!!
