I'm looking for a roomate to share my spacious 2 story, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom
condominium in Chapel Hill.  I am located off of Highway 54 and I-40, in the
Finley Forest community.  The room is available immediately.

The condominium features the following:

12 minute drive from RTP, 5 minute drive to UNC.
Located on the UNC Bus line, and TRA Green Line to RTP/RDU airport.

Two-story townhouse style condominium,
Your own bedroom and bathroom.
Private balcony overlooking the pool and clubhouse.
Fully furnished, with all appliances -  
      including: microwave, dishwasher, full size clothes washer & dryer.
A very large deck and gas grill.
Fireplace.

The rent is $325 + 1/2 Utilities.

Looking for a non-smoking professional, co-op, or graduate student, without
any pets.
