The much-cited lecture notes by Gordon Plotkin on domain theory have
finally been typed up in LaTeX (120 pages) and made available for
anonymous FTP. In Germany, you can get them from

   flop.informatik.tu-muenchen.de (131.159.8.35)
   /pub/theory/misc
      366207 Jul 27 19:12 Plotkin-Domain-Notes.dvi.Z
      452459 Aug 28 01:29 Plotkin-Domain-Notes.ps.Z

Note that some people have had difficulty printing
"Plotkin-Domain-Notes.dvi" due to its use of the fonts "circle10" and
"circlew10". These fonts should be identical to "lcircle10" and
"lcirclew10". The solution, in most cases, is to create links or
copies of the lcircle10 and lcirclew10 .tfm and .pk files, with the
"circle10" names.
