: > I want fast access on the internet and play games, do I need the high : > speed computer ? : Try a mid-level Mac OS machine with a fast 603e (e.g., 225 MHz Mac 6500) : or one of the 180 - 200 mHz 604 Macs (e.g., Mac 7300). Both have speed to : burn and will let you do anything on the Internet you might care to do. : For games, obviously the faster the better. <snicker> needless to say, noone outside of the Church of the Mac would claim that these mid-range PPC chips are faster than a PII/266. regards, mark hahn. -- operator may differ from spokesperson. hahn@neurocog.lrdc.pitt.edu http://neurocog.lrdc.pitt.edu/~hahn/
