I have read the generic how-to on dhcpcd, and it I am still having some
difficulty.

Background info:

I have a redhat 7.1 server running dhcp handing out ip addresses
successfully.

What I am trying to do:

I have a second redhat 7.1 server/computer that I am using for testing.
I would like have dhcpcd run up bootup on this second computer. Am I
suppose to see dhcpcd during the startup procedure, like I do DHCP?
    	As I currently stand, eth0 boots up and gets an IP address from the
server but when I run dhcpcd again, it changes the ip address.

So what I am getting at is, do I need to run dhcpcd???

Okay.. I have been looking at his computer stuff way too long....

The reason i am going through all this trouble, is to be able to get out on
the internet.

Here is my overall network setup:

:--------:  :---------:  :-----------------:
:Internet:--:DSL Modem:--:RedHat 7.1 Server:
:--------:  :---------:  :-----------------:

The way server is setup internally:

:------------------:
:Nic1-192.168.1.0--:-->MODEM-->Internet :---:
:Nic1-192.168.1.1--:--------------------:HUB:--->WIN2K
:------------------: 	     	    	    	   :---:-->REDHAT 7.1 TEST SERVER

I would like to get that second redhat server out to the net. :)

I am sorry.. I think have been looking at this way too long.. any help will
greatly appreciated.

Thanks Again.

Rick
