I live in LA.  Recently cable internet service became available in my
area through MediaOne Cable.  I have heard some horror stories of how
some cable companies will connect a zillion users to the same T1 line
thus making the connection not much better than a typical 56K. How do I
go about finding out how good MediaOne's cable internet service is?  Is
there a place that consumer reports kind of thing online or elsewhere
that reviews things like that?
