Can anyone recommend me the correct software to view Chinese fonts, for
both the Simplified Chinese fonts and Traditional Chinese fonts ?

I understand that there are several different types of "code bases"
involved - GB, Unicode, whatever ... so if anyone know of programs that
can run on Windows 98SE, english version, that can display some Chinese
characters while previewing the Chinese font files, please tell me.
