How to read this txt file ?

Nin Hao !

I am a newbie seeking for advices.

My computer runs Windows 98SE, with SCMONDO.EXE installed.

On most websites, the Chinese texts are displayed correctly, however,
there are places such as :

	www.g8mos.net/all/font/f0001.txt

where all I get is a whole bunch of jumbled symbols.

Can anyone please advice me of how and/or where to proceed ?
