Some hick asking someone else what their SENSE OF RESPONSIBILITY is? don't
YOU have any SENSE OF RESPONSIBILITY? Like PROVIDING a FAIR PRODUCT to
the CONSUMER who PAYS FOR IT? this sure seems to be a TEXAS thing. PROPERTY
OWNERS constantly WHINING about their RIGHTS while REFUSING to take
RESPONSIBILITY for their SORRY LITTLE HICK SELVES.

Can't the apartment owners of Texas find SOME WAY to MAKE A BUCK without
FORCING everyone into an UNFAIR lease?

>Hey, Mr. Vision/cognition-impaired dude, YOU GAVE PRIOR CONSENT
>WHEN YOU SIGNED THE LEASE.  I know this is a difficult concept;
>that's why I keep SHOUTING IT AT YOU.

BOO HOO HOO. Now I expect you'll be telling us if we don't like it to GET THE
HELL OUT. Then all you TRUE TEXANS can get back to chewin' tobacco and
whittlin' sticks and driving yer pickups or whatever it was you did before
CIVILIZATION came to town.
