>> So you don't believe that well-meaning people can disagree. You're so >> insecure that you have to *hate* those whose opinions differ from > yours? What is "well meaning" about people who purposely distort the facts, ignore data, invent data, and can't grow up to face life on life's terms? This is clearly not about differing opinions. It is about people who want to invent reality and will lie to ram it down our throats. The proof is "out there". I won't do your homework for you. I have thought for years that a mandatory course in critical thinking in public school would completely torpedo the left in this country.( As long as it wasn't a course co-opted by these liberals.) Here is an example of some "fairy tale thinking" from a previous posting: "Even if so, isn't it interesting that academics and journalists -- the two groups with the greatest access to information -- are considered to be liberal -- in other words, the more people know, the more likely they are to believe that the liberal approach is the corect way." It is amazing how many people read this kind of crap and eat it up without catching on. This is very much like what you read in today's news stories. Same kind of infantile "reasoning", coming to a "conclusion" that is unfounded. I must apologize for that long and rambling narrative I posted earlier. I see by these replies that the only point of interest was the one contained in the first line. I'll try not to be so effusive next time.
