President Che...Dubya, is setting up the U.N. and the American public.
What's worse the bastard will pull it off.  This week Dubya is going
to address the U.N., specidically to argue for the support of the
Security Council in attacking Iraq.  Now he already called China,
France and Russia and got shut down.  Cheney/Rummy knows full well
they cannot get the Security Counsel majority they need.  In fact they
do not want it.

Why?  Because then they can point at the hated U.N. and tell the
American people " See, the terrorists are now in charge of the UN and
so we must go it alone.  They are all in Saddams pocket,"  The people
will believe it, and it has the added benefit of giving an excuse to
once again avoid the paying of acknowledged debt that we owe the UN.
No, this isn't something they are trying to tack onto us and make us
pick up the bill for some communistic plot to vaccinate children, it's
monies we promised to pay as our share of other operations such as
Kosovo etc.
