Well, if my calculations are correct, that is a _jump_ of less than $3/month
on a $200,000 home loan.

Well, the article makes it sound like we are just on the peak. It says
forclosures are peaking, but the number of homes entering the forclosure
process fell from .37% to .35% and the number of homes that are 30 days or
more behind on payments has alson gone down from 4.66% to 4.53%
