<Billboards Target Marijuana Use - (STATEWIDE) -- The Texas Commission
on Alcohol and Drug Abuse is erecting billboards around the state to
remind young Texans of the harmful effects of marijuana. Commission
Chairman James Oberwetter says new surveys show fewer teens recognize
the dangers of marijuana. The billboards proclaim "We asked a group of
pot smokers to come up with something clever for this billboard!" and
the other side of the billboard is blank. Most of the billboards will
be near middle schools and high schools.>

I encourage people in Texas to send a message to the narco-fascists
with this free canvas.
