You guys do realize that ANI (Automatic Number Identification) is available to almost anyone with an 800 number. Even my "personal-800" on house number provides a list of all the numbers that called it contained with my bill. The big kids have had this type of service for years, at one time (seems about 3 years ago or so) american express was answering the phone by customer name, they cut this out after spooking too many people. CLID is putting the power to choose who interrupts your life at dinner time where it belongs.
