Apparently, some of the DC schools aren't that bad (and some of them
are at least 'that bad').  In any case, I don't even see why this is
an issue (unless he is asking for a voucher to pay the cost of the
private school).  I can think of a number of reasons why his daughter
should be in a private rather than a public school which have nothing
to do with educational quality.

People also seem to forget that his daughter went to public school in
LIttle Rock (rather convenient memories, from what I can tell).
