With all due disrespect, law enforcers are not lawyers. Just because they don't feel like enforcing a law doesn't mean that something isn't illegal. The lawyers (you know, the people that actually *do* know the law) I have talked to have said that it would apply. What was the name of the person you talked to, and how could I reach him? If you have a legal refrence that explains that "normal" and "illegal" are mutually exclusive, I'd be happy to examine it and admit my error. However, you'll notice the wording of the law "normal vehicles of the other vehicles at the time and place" isn't is any way excluding the ones that are traveling faster than the posted maximum. Marc
