I have to part with cycle. I have a 1999 Honda Shadow Spirit in the Austin area with 6500 miles. Always garage kept both at home and at work. Never dropped. Due to neuropathy it is hard to decide when I can ride and not worry about my feet hurting too much to worry about stopping at a red light and dropping the bike. It has the following added options. Honda Cruiser shield Honda back rest Honda luggage rack After market hardsided saddle bags. Asking $6000 OBO. No test rides without cash in hand or money order in hand as I have cancelled the full insurance due to not being able to ride it frequently. Would be interested in a trade for a Trike if possible from someone possibly previously disabled but have recovered. Contact Jim at austin dot rr dot com or call my cell at 512.731.6365. Jim

Jim, Don't write off the bike just yet. Talk to my friend Bob Darden (903) 640-2149. He lives just down the road from me in Leonard, Texas. He and his wife build great sidecars for any mount. They make the bodies from their own molds and Bob builds the frames himself. I have ridden a few hacks and they are great if you never want to put your feet down. They are also a hoot to slide around corners. Just a thought, James user@domain.invalid wrote: > I have to part with cycle. > > I have a 1999 Honda Shadow Spirit in the Austin area with 6500 miles. > Always garage kept both at home and at work. > Never dropped.
