The month of February is going to be a little different insofar as updates to
THENET_NODES_FULL.COM go. Rather than sending in complete replacements for
your area as you have done in the past, we ask that for this month you send
only your changes, with instructions to add, delete, or modify the specified
nodes. We are in the process of bringing up a new system to handle updates
to THENET_NODES_FULL.COM which requires that we convert the entire contents
of this file into an indexed file (more on this new system later). We'll be
converting the November 3 version of THENET_NODES_FULL.COM, which was
announced yesterday, so in order to include any modifications sent in during
the month of November, we ask that you send us only the descriptions of the
changes to be made, rather than complete updates to your area. This will
make it much easier for us to put your changes into the database. We won't
be very picky about the new format. All you need to do is include a suitably
formatted entry for nodes to be added or modified (same format as before),
with instructions as to whether this is an addition or a modification. For
nodes to be deleted, just list them by node name and address with
instructions to delete them.

IMPORTANT: Updates in the old format will not be accepted! They will be
returned to sender.
