Just thought I'd check here before I get serious about looking....tried
dfw.forsale, but thought I'd widen the distribution a bit, just for kicks.

I'm looking for cheap transport, a car in the $300-500 range, as temporary
transportation to work and back while I save my money for a more, ahem,
suitable bucket. I'll be getting serious around the 15th of August, so
if you have anything sitting around collecting rust that you think I might
want to consider, drop me a note at the address I'll list below. Please
note that:

   1) I'm not particular about the looks, as long as most everything works,
especially the parts that effect safe operation.
   2) I can live without air conditioning. (But I'd rather not ;-)
   3) I'd prefer something that gets reasonable gas milage....but I'm
flexible in the presence of a good deal, if it gets me on the
      road.
   4) I need clear title and a valid inspection sticker, good for at
      least a 3 or 4 months.
