As the subject says, my flat-mate has just accepted a job in Melbourne, so I
am looking for someone to replace him.

The place:
    Two bedroom townhouse on Hurtle Square in the centre of Adelaide.
    Off street parking available.
    Fully furnished (but no bedroom furnishings).
    Rent $80 per week plus expenses.
    Bond $320.

The person:
    Non-smoker.
    No kids.
    No pets.
    Preferably professional.
    Preferably 20-30 years old.

The time:
    The room will be available from 9th May 1992.
