BC Transit routinely provides critical analysis of its routes.  And
remember that BC Transit does not cut the service or make changes.  All
these decisions are made based on data and recommendations submitted to
the Transit Commission and the city involved.

A few years back a number of routes were cut, redirected or rescheduled
including a number in North Delta, the old Airport and the 413 in
Richmond.
