   I suspect, though, that if they tried it they'd find that there *is* a
market for better bus service to the airport: either an express bus or just
a regular bus that goes from downtown to the airport without requiring a
transfer.  You won't get the hotel customers, but I suspect there would be
enough business with backpackers, people going to the airport to meet
friends, people who work at the airport, etc.
