Don't hold your breath. If I were you, I would write them directly to
complain. It'll take them a couple of months to get back to you, but
they eventually will.

Let's face it: BC Transit *SUCKS* period.

They are making these lame attempts at improving their buses, when in
fact, the style of their buses is not the problem, it's the lack of
the *number* of buses they have, and the *number* of SkyTrain cars
they have is the real problem.

I am disgusted that the city I was born and grew up in has such a
pathetic transit system...even compared to cities that are *smaller*
than our own (like Edmonton, for instance)!!!!

I take the SkyTrain and the bus every day, and both are always so
packed, I can barely breathe. Not to mention, break-downs are
inevitable at least a couple times a week in rush hour. (SkyTrain is
constantly delayed for a number of reasons, and the electric downtown
buses always get stuck because the power goes out...and believe me, it
always seems to go out over the Granville Street bridge).

It is nice that BC Transit is making an effort to improve
something...but I think it would be better to ask the public what they
need and want. They appear to be doing that with the ten year plan
that is proposed...but how much of that do you think would be affected
by public demand...probably nothing!

They need frequent, fast and reliable transit to/from the airport, the
ferry terminals, and to the universities. Right now, transit to all
those areas sucks so bad.

As for the new buses...well...at least they get you to where you're
going....providing you have the patience to wait for 1/2 hour to 1
hour to take the stupid thing!!!!!
