Please tell me you've been posting from your father's account...

Either that, or tell me why such a smiley belongs.  I have pointed out 
there is a difference between votes involving the *forming* of a union, 
and the votes of a union itself.  The former require a secret ballot 
(when the threshold has not been met), while the latter are often held 
without secret ballots.  The issue in this debate was whether secret 
ballots are required to certify a union as the representative in 
collective bargaining.
