Rand decision. Common sense. Copied all over the world. Nothing to do
with Nazis. 

Rand said: if you automatically derive benefit from representation,
you have to pay for the representation. But you don't have to join the
union.

Simple, easy to understand. Sensible. Good ol' Justice Rand. Never
been overturned....
