BC Transit only has 21 articulated buses at this point.  To the best
of my knowledge no more are expected to arrive in the near future.

With the advent of the Westcoast Express some of the artic buses might
be able to be released to service Broadway.  This would help but the
fact of the matter is that there is not enough equipment to adequately
service the demand in all areas.

The other problem is internal to Transit.  The only two service
garages capable of handling the artic coaches are in Port Coquitlam
and Surrey (brand new up-to-date facility)...neither of which are in a
great position to service the line.
