I finally got tired of fetchmail 4.3.2 getting stuck and not fetching my
mail, so I updated my '*ENV' command support to 4.4.6, and stuck it up for
FTP at
ftp://dwmw2.robinson.cam.ac.uk/pub/random/patch-fetchmail-4.4.6-envcommand

For the uninitiated: Demon's POP service offers an extra command, '*ENV
<n>', which will get the addresses from the SMTP envelope of message
number <n>. 

This patch makes fetchmail do the obvious thing when resending mail to
localhost with SMTP.
