The library (read study area) is being relocated to The Heller Lounge in
the Student Union Building.  This new facility will be larger, be open
longer and cost less to operate.  Additionally the move will allow 
The Daily Californian to avoid bankruptcy and publish every day.  Finally
almost all student groups that currently have an office in Eschleman will
countinue to have an office there.  

If all the facts are taken into consideration, it is apparent that this 
decision is really in the best interests of the students.
