Okay, some schmuck in DMV told me to get a smog check (I thought they've
changed the law already?) It's gonna be such a hassle! :(

Where in Berkeley/Albany/El Cerrito/Oakland area can you find a CHEAP place
to get a smog check for a '90 Cressida? Anyone have any recommendation?

Stay away from Quality at the corner of MLK and MacArthur in Oakland.
The one in El Cerrito seemed  OK, and is reasonable if you have a coupon.
Plan on spending a bit over $20 including the $7 Tax (fee if you must) for
the little slip of paper.
