We are a couple living in a 3 bedroom unit in Berkeley near Ashby &
Telegraph. We use two of the rooms and, in May, will have the third
bedroom available. Features:

	o $320/month
	o $167 deposit
	o Separate entrance.
	o Separate bathroom.
	o Dishwasher.
	o Washer/dryer.
	o Gas stove.

We always eat vegetarian at home (one of us is a vegan) and no cooking of
meat will be tolerated. We do not own a TV and listen to talk radio
nearly always. We live in a pretty damn liberal part of town and we fit
right in.
