Folks,

I just gave notice today, Wed, 17 August. My apartment is a two bedroom
on the top (fourth) floor of the Treehaven building at 2523 Ridge Road,
one block north of UCB. My roommate and I are currently paying $868
(includes ALL) and we're on a month-to-month lease.

Want to take this apartment over?

If so, give me a call (510/486-0216) or send email (ead@netcom.com). My
roommate will vacate by 1 September, and I would like to as well (but
technically, I'm there until 15 September) because I'm now working in
the South Bay.

The apartment has hardwood floors, is quiet, is warm in winter, gets
very good light, has a gas stove (and fridge/freezer), and has a balcony
overlooking Ridge Road. The building has thirty units, is quiet, has
washers and dryers downstairs, and has a building manager who lives on
the premises.

Hope to hear from you soon,
Eric De Mund <ead@netcom.com>
