A quiet, spacious, clean studio apartment located on the intersection
of University Ave. and Martin Luther King Jr. Way is available for
summer sublet from end of May to end of August (time flexible).  You get
your own parking space behind the building, a large clean bathroom
and kitchen with refrigerator.  The walk to UCB campus is around 15 minutes
and there is a supermarket nearby.  Neighbors are friendly and quiet.  
A large balcony looks out to University Ave.

I am asking $450 a month plus deposits and you pay the utility bills (gas
+ electricity) but the rent is negotiable.
